Donations Needed for Living Waters for the World

We recently welcomed home members Marge B., Dave K., and Carol K., who traveled to Cuba to meet with the pastor and leaders at the First Reformed Presbyterian Church in Havana to sign a covenant and prepare for a larger Immanuel team to return in late October for the installation of a new water purification system. In addition to an education program for children and adults, teaching our neighbors how to use the system for a healthier and safer lifestyle, the team invites donations of supplies that can be utilized to support better health for all.

Donations of the following items are requested to support our partners and their ministries. Please place them in the marked bin in the Astor Street coat room:

• Solar lanterns, flashlights, and fans

• Adult and children's logo t-shirts

• Children’s clothing items

• Colored construction paper

• 30 pairs of blunt scissors

• Rolls of colored crepe paper

• Scotch tape and Masking tape

• Packages of primary color finger paints

• Children’s vitamins

• Tylenol and Ibuprofen

• Bag of rags

• Roll of aluminum foil

• 48 pencils

• 14 foam brushes

• 1 roll of easel paper

• Reading glasses

• Large suitcases on wheels

• Art supplies (i.e. coloring books, crayons, markers, drawing pads, etc.)
