Funerals & Memorial Services
at Immanuel
Pointing to God, holding grief, celebrating the transition to new life

Grief is sacred work. When someone you love has died, you need more than logistics—you need a community that knows how to hold sorrow alongside celebration, that can honor a whole life in all its complexity and beauty.
At Immanuel, we've walked this tender road with countless families. We know that planning a funeral or memorial service can feel overwhelming in the midst of grief and loss. Our pastors and staff are here to guide you gently through every decision, helping you create a service that points to the resurrection hope of our faith and also reflects the person you loved and the legacy they leave behind. How We Support You Through Loss
Compassionate pastoral care. Our ministers meet with families to listen, share memories, and co-create services that honor our shared faith and your loved one's unique life and spirit.
A sacred space for remembering. Our Sanctuary provides a beautiful, peaceful setting for celebrating a life well-lived, with room for both tears and laughter.
Reception in the Parlor. After the service, family and friends gather in our warm and welcoming Parlor to share stories, comfort, and food—because grief needs community.
Columbarium. Contact the church office to learn more about our Immanuel Columbarium - a final resting place in our church home.
