Become a Forward Scholars tutor

The Forward Scholars Tutoring Program is recruiting volunteer tutors for the 2026-27 school year.  Immanuel tutors have supported this thriving program in the Milwaukee Public Schools since 2022.  Started by longtime Immanuel mission partner, Common Ground, students in Forward Scholars average over 2 years of literacy growth after just 8 months in the program.  

Virtual information sessions are being offered on July 23 and August 4.
