About the event
Annual “Upper Room Meal” on Palm Sunday, March 29, for all members and friends
Luke's Gospel tells the story of the first "Palm Sunday," and Jesus' entry into Jerusalem with these words... "As he rode along, people kept spreading their cloaks on the road ... the whole multitude of the disciples began to praise God joyfully...
'Blessed is the king who comes in the name of the Lord! Peace in heaven and glory in the highest heaven!' ” ~ Luke 19:36-38
On Palm Sunday 2026 begin your journey through Holy Week at our Upper Room Meal.
Join the palm-waving procession of children to our own “Upper Room,” where we will enjoy a first-century meal of bread, fish, olives, dates, figs, eggs, and goat cheese; hear stories from persons who knew Jesus; and learn about the origins of the Lord's Supper as we share this holy meal around our tables.
