Annual “Upper Room Meal” on Palm Sunday, April 13

Luke's Gospel tells the story of the first "Palm Sunday,"

and Jesus' entry into Jerusalem with these words...

"As he rode along, people kept spreading their cloaks on the road ...

the whole multitude of the disciples began to praise God joyfully...

'Blessed is the king who comes in the name of the Lord!

Peace in heaven and glory in the highest heaven!' ”

On Palm Sunday 2025

begin your journey through Holy Week at our annual

Upper Room Meal.

 

Join the palm-waving procession of children to our own “Upper Room,” where we will enjoy a first-century meal of bread, fish, olives, dates, figs, eggs, and goat cheese; hear stories from persons who knew Jesus; and learn about the origins of the Lord's Supper as we share this holy meal around our tables.
